Soccer Logos

How it was done

I bought a couple colors (red, yellow, blue, white, black, purple) and mixed the rest.

 

The whole process:

 

Cut 7 sheets of thick plywood (to prevent warping) in half to make 14 squares (13 MIAC schools with an extra St. Olaf logo). Rounded with a band saw.

- Sanded edges and used wood putty to fill in cracks on edges.

- Used primer

- Using a projector, sketched the logo in pencil.

- Painted 3 coats of all colors (including white). [Just over 350 square feet]

- Screwed hooks on back so they can go up on the fence.

Overall, about 120 hours.

Painting edges. No tape was used. Some tight corners were done with a Q-tip.
